Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InnerVerse website, resources, products and community spaces (“Services”). By using this website or purchasing/receiving any InnerVerse products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Provider

InnerVerse
Owned and operated by Alexej Werbizki
Zürich, Switzerland
Email: info@innerverse.today
Website: https://innerverse.today

2. Who our services are for

InnerVerse is designed for spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, facilitators, artists and conscious creators who wish to use meditations, music, visuals and AI-powered tools in their work and personal practice.

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).

3. No medical, psychological or financial advice

All content, meditations, music, visuals and materials provided by InnerVerse are for educational, inspirational and spiritual purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

If you have physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional before using meditation or breathwork practices. You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.

4. Digital products and licensing

When you purchase a digital product (for example, meditations, music tracks or visual assets), you are granted a licence to use the files according to the specific licence described on the product page, in the download package or in the accompanying documentation.

Unless otherwise stated, the default licence is:

  • you may use the assets for your personal practice, sessions, classes and online programs you personally facilitate;
  • you may use them in paid offerings you deliver to your own clients, as long as they are not sold as stand-alone audio or media files;
  • you may not resell, redistribute, upload or give away the raw files (audio, images, scripts or project files) as your own product or as stock assets;
  • you may not claim authorship of the original InnerVerse work.

If a product includes an extended or custom licence, those terms will apply in addition to these general Terms.

5. Pricing, payments and refunds

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page and may change over time. Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (for example, Gumroad or other providers). Your payment data is handled by these platforms and not stored by us directly.

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and ability to download/duplicate), all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue with a download or there is a serious problem with the product, please contact us at info@innerverse.today and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • use the website or Services for any unlawful purpose,
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data,
  • copy, scrape or download large portions of the site in an automated way,
  • upload or distribute malicious software, spam or harmful content.

7. Community guidelines

If you participate in the InnerVerse Circle, Telegram groups or other community spaces hosted by us, you agree to:

  • interact with others with respect, kindness and discretion,
  • avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination or aggressive promotion,
  • keep shared stories and personal experiences confidential unless you have explicit permission to share them,
  • follow any additional rules posted within the community environment.

We reserve the right to remove content or access to community spaces at our discretion if these guidelines are not respected.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, meditations, music, visuals, branding elements, designs and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on this content.

You retain the rights to your own original content and creations. By sharing material in our community spaces, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display this content within the community environment (for example, during group calls, recordings or replays), without claiming ownership of your work.

9. Limitation of liability

While InnerVerse is created with care and positive intention, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • your use or inability to use the website or products,
  • decisions you make based on content or guidance provided,
  • technical interruptions, data loss or third-party service issues.

10. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please review their terms separately if you choose to use them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we expand our Services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall, where possible, first be addressed amicably between you and InnerVerse. If no solution can be reached, the competent courts in Zürich, Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
