Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how InnerVerse (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects
your personal data when you visit this website, download free resources, join our email
list, purchase products or participate in our community.
1. Data controller
InnerVerse
Owned and operated by Alexej Werbizki

Email: info@innerverse.today
Website: https://innerverse.today
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data that is necessary to provide our services.
-
Website visits: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type,
device information and pages visited. This is used for security, performance and simple,
aggregated analytics.
-
Contact form & email: your name, email address and the content of your
message when you contact us directly.
-
Newsletter & free resources: your email address (and optionally your
name) when you sign up for the Soul Alignment Kit or other InnerVerse emails. We may
also store tags related to your interests (for example “meditations”, “music”, “AI tools”).
-
Product purchases: when you buy a digital product (for example via Gumroad),
the payment provider collects your billing details and processes your payment. We receive
access to your name, email address, product purchased and transaction details, but not your
full payment card information.
-
Community spaces: if you join the InnerVerse Circle or related Telegram groups,
we may see your profile name, username and messages shared in the community.
3. How and why we use your data
We process your personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes, including:
- to deliver free resources, products and emails you requested,
- to process and confirm your purchases,
- to send you gentle updates about InnerVerse meditations, music and tools (if you subscribed),
- to respond to your questions and support requests,
- to maintain the security and performance of this website,
- to comply with legal obligations and basic accounting requirements.
For visitors from the EU / EEA, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in running a safe,
meaningful and sustainable online business.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the
site secure and understand basic visitor behaviour in an aggregated, non-intrusive way.
Where analytics tools are used, we aim to choose services that respect privacy and do not
track you across unrelated websites. If we introduce additional third-party tracking
(for example, advanced advertising pixels), this Privacy Policy will be updated.
5. Third-party services
We work with a small number of trusted providers to deliver InnerVerse content:
-
Website hosting & platform: our website is hosted by a professional provider
that stores server logs for security and technical reasons.
-
Email marketing: we use an email service provider (for example ConvertKit)
to send newsletters and product updates. Your email address is stored securely on their servers
and processed according to their privacy policy.
-
Payments & delivery: digital products may be sold via platforms such as
Gumroad. These services handle your payment details and provide us with information about
your order so that we can fulfil it.
-
Community tools: if we host groups on platforms like Telegram, your use of
those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We only share personal data with these providers to the extent necessary for them to provide
their services to us, and we do not sell your data.
6. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above:
- newsletter data is stored while you remain subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time),
- purchase records are stored for the duration required by Swiss accounting and tax law,
- contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for basic follow-up.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Where this is the case,
we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or providers operating in
jurisdictions with adequate data protection standards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you,
- ask for corrections of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request deletion of your data where applicable,
- object to certain types of processing or withdraw your consent,
- request that we limit or restrict processing in certain situations,
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format (where technically feasible).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at
info@innerverse.today. We may need to verify your
identity before responding to your request.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against
loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely
risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new services, legal requirements
or improvements to our practices. The latest version will always be available on this page.
